Contact and Directory Help

Choose the route that best matches your request so the information can be reviewed in the correct context.

Submit or Update a Website

Use Submit Link for a new website. Include the real site name, direct URL, narrowest relevant category, and a factual description. For a correction, prepare the existing listing URL and the exact change that is needed. Ownership, redirects, business names, and important claims should be verifiable on the destination website.

Submit an Article

Use Submit Article for original educational material. Articles should have a clear subject, identifiable author, useful structure, and no hidden link scheme. Do not submit copied, automatically assembled, defamatory, or misleading material.

Account Assistance

Visit Login to access an existing account, Register to create one, or Password Help for recovery guidance. Never send a password, one-time code, payment-card number, or identity document through an ordinary directory inquiry.

Report a Problem

Useful reports include the affected page URL, the destination URL, a short explanation, and evidence that can be checked. Report malware warnings, deceptive redirects, impersonation, copyright concerns, broken pages, or content that violates the submission rules. Avoid including sensitive personal information.

Before Sending a Request

  • Confirm that the URL and category are correct.
  • Describe one clear issue per request.
  • Use factual language and identify your relationship to the website.
  • Allow for editorial review; a request does not guarantee publication or removal.

Information to Leave Out

Do not include account passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or private information about another person. A directory correction normally requires only the affected URL, the requested change, and public evidence that supports it. Redacting unnecessary personal data makes a report safer and easier to review.

Useful Request Details

Include the directory page, destination website, category, and a concise description of the requested action. For an ownership or identity change, point to public information on the destination domain. For a safety report, describe the observed behavior without opening suspicious downloads or sharing harmful files.
